What is Mon Petit Choux?
It is a story about a French backpacker who became a baker.
After finishing a Master degree, Marion KENT left her home country, France, in 2013 for travelling. She ended up in Australia and started to live as a backpacker.
By discovering Oz, she had (still has) the opportunity to meet lots of people who made her realise how much Australians appreciate good quality French food and particularly desserts.
The idea of opening a genuine French bakery came up. After a year of studying baking and some marketing and financial research, Mon Petit Choux could start running!
